excellent all around and i would definitely recommend dr Gantwerker to anybody that asks me. He is very friendly and open minded and talks to you like a regular person as opposed to many surgeons who can be very aloof and unfriendly and even condescending.

dr Gantwerker did a great job on my occipital nerve decompression
surgery and as a result my horrible very painful headaches are no more and its been 10 days since the surgery.

I was experiencing a constant pain on the left side of my head that was not resolved by the usual remedies. I consulted two doctors who could not diagnose the problem, but the second fortunately recommended I see Dr. Gantwerker. Dr. Gantwerker ordered a MRI, reviewed it, and immediately diagnosed the issue. He recommended a daily medication that eliminates the pain. Dr. Gantwerker is personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and takes the time to patiently explain everything. I am very selective and highly recommend Dr. Gantwerker, you will not be disappointed! In addition, Annick in the front office is wonderful. She is very pleasant, efficient, and always makes you feel comfortable.

Dr Gantwerker is the most intelligent, thoughtful, patient, kind and dedicated doctor I’ve ever had the good fortune to be treated by. He really takes the time to review all aspects of my condition and clearly explains what he sees and what treatment options he recommends. He goes the extra mile !!

As always, my appointments with Dr. Gantwerker go smoothly and efficiently, from the front office with Annick and my entire time with the doctor. He is thorough in his examinations, as well as in his explanations of what is going on. One never feels rushed. I had back surgery performed by him about 1 1/2 years ago and my back still feels great. (He is presently seeing me for issues with my neck.)

Two and one-half years later, my back surgery with Dr. Gantwerker has more than fulfilled its promise.
My spine had badly deteriorated due to spondylolisthesis. Although I continued to live an active life, I always had some degree of back pain. After my operation, I could do any type of exercise. My body is strong, flexible, and pain-free. My posture is excellent.
I never experienced any pain, even immediately after the surgery.
Dr. Gantwerker is an incredibly gifted surgeon, and a wonderful person. He changed my life completely. His office is fantastic, too. I feel terrific, a testament to the genius of Dr. Gantwerker.
